Refund policy

Return Policy:

At BOXR Underwear you can return your order within 30 days. The withdrawal period starts on the day after you, or a third party appointed by you, received the product. Please return the products unworn, unwashed and undamaged, preferably in the original packaging. Keep your proof of shipment until we have processed the return.

You can try the products of BOXR Underwear to the same extent you would in a physical store. If a product has been handled more than is necessary to assess it, for example if it is incomplete, damaged, washed, or shows signs of wear, we may deduct an amount for the loss in value from your refund.

Return costs are at your own expense. Returns from the Netherlands cost €5.95, from all other countries €8.95.

Exchanges are no problem at all. The same conditions apply as for returns.
